MetroMitra is a marketplace connecting customers and businesses. Product, service, booking and delivery terms may vary by business. Customers should review the seller's stated terms before completing a transaction.

Platform subscriptions

Business subscription payments are subject to the plan terms shown at checkout. A successful payment may activate the selected subscription after payment verification. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the applicable subscription and payment terms.

Payment issues

If a payment is deducted but the order or subscription is not updated, contact MetroMitra support with the transaction/reference number. The payment status will be verified against the payment provider before any adjustment is made.

Cancellation requests

Cancellation eligibility depends on the product, service or subscription involved. Requests should include the relevant listing, order or transaction reference.
